These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of freedomtactical.us operated by Freedom Tactical LLC. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to access content related to firearms and firearm-related products under applicable federal and New York State law.

2. Nature of the Website

This website is an informational and inquiry platform for a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL Type 01) located in Ontario, New York. The website does not facilitate online firearm purchases or transfers. All firearm sales, FFL transfers, and related transactions must be completed in person at our physical location in accordance with all applicable laws.

3. Eligibility to Inquire

By submitting an inquiry through our Service & Product Inquiry Form, you represent and warrant that:

You are 18 years of age or older (21 or older for handgun purchases, as required by law)
You are legally eligible to purchase, possess, and receive firearms and related products under federal law and New York State law

The information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
You are not prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any applicable state law

4. No Online Sales or Reservations

Submission of an inquiry form does not constitute a purchase, order, reservation, or guarantee of product availability. All purchases are subject to product availability, applicable background checks, and completion of required legal documentation at our physical location. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or sale at our discretion.

5. FFL Transfers

Freedom Tactical LLC performs FFL transfers for firearms purchased through third-party dealers, including online marketplaces such as GunBroker. All transfers are conducted in accordance with federal and New York State law, including the completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check. Transfer fees and policies are available upon inquiry.

6. GunBroker Listings

Freedom Tactical LLC maintains an active seller account on GunBroker.com. Purchases made through GunBroker are subject to GunBroker's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. All GunBroker transactions require the buyer to arrange receipt of the firearm through a licensed FFL dealer local to the buyer. Freedom Tactical ships only to licensed FFL dealers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and page layouts, is the property of Freedom Tactical LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
